WHEREAS THE CITY OF CL THROUGH IS PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL HAS THE AUTHORITY TO REVIEW IT, APPROVE OR DENY PLANTS OF REPLANTS OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS AND THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY.
