THE, IN SOME SITUATIONS WE ARE FACED ON A, ON A TIMEFRAME OF GETTING SOMETHING DONE.

WE HAVE TRIED GOING OUT TO GET OTHER ELECTRICIANS IN THIS CASE THAT ARE ALSO PUMP EXPERIENCED TO BE ABLE TO REPORT ON SITE IN A, IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I MEAN, WE'RE TALKING A MATTER OF, UH, 30 MINUTES TO 45 MINUTES WHERE IN SOME CASES YOU'RE STUCK WAITING DAYS FOR 'EM TO RE ARRIVE.

UH, AND I'D LIKE TO GIVE A PERFECT EXAMPLE IS THE OTHER DAY DURING THE, THE LAST FREEZE THAT WE WERE TO GET, THERE WAS SOME POWER OUTAGES, IF YOU ARE AWARE OVER ON STRATTON RIDGE.

AND IN THAT, IN THE PROCESS OF THAT, WE, UM, IT WASN'T A FAULT OF THE OUR STATION, BUT WHEN THE, UH, POWER SURGED, IT BLEW THE ELECTRIC METER OFF THE PANEL FROM CENTER POINT.

AND WE WERE DOWN TO A SITUATION WHERE WE HAD NO POWER AT ALL TO THE STATION.

NO, NO, THE STATION WAS FINE.

UH, THE RESPONSE TIME WE HAD THERE WAS WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

IT, I WOULD JUST ASK THAT THOSE THINGS BE CONSIDERED WHEN WE DO, IF WE DO DECIDE TO GO TO AN RFQ, THAT THOSE THINGS WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THAT BECAUSE RESPONSE TIME IS CRITICAL.

EVEN THE WATER OR THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM, UH, IT'S A MATTER OF KEEPING THE SYSTEM UP OR LETTING IT GO DOWN

AND THEN FACING THE, THE POSSIBILITY OF FINES THROUGH TCQ OR ANYBODY ELSE.

I, I THINK WHAT, UH, JUST THIS, JUST THIS PARTICULAR SET OF BILLS 50,000, I'M SORRY, JUST THIS BILLING PERIOD WAS 50,000.

IF, IF IT'S THE SAME, I KNOW IT DEPENDS ON WHAT IT IS.

AND, AND GIVEN THIS SITUATION, THE TYPE, WHEN YOU HAVE A DRY, WELL WET WELL SITUATION AND THE PUMPS ARE LOCATED IN A DRY, WELL ADJACENT TO THE WET WELL, AND THEY'RE ALL UNDERGROUND, IT'S NOT THE SAME AS WHERE YOU HAVE A SUBMERSIBLE PUMP WHERE YOU CAN JUST PULL IT OUT.

YOU'RE HAVING TO WORK THROUGH A MANHOLE THAT IS ABOUT 36 TO 42 INCHES WIDE AND YOU'RE HAVING TO PIECEMEAL EQUIPMENT IN TO GET IT IN OR TO GET IT OUT.

UH, AND SO THERE ARE COSTS INVOLVED.

I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND, BUT IF, IF, IF THAT IS SOMETHING THAT IS COUNSEL WOULD PREFER US TO GO THAT ROUTE.

UM, SO THE, THE CHALLENGE IS, IS IS DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT THIS IS RESIDUAL FROM WHAT WAS DUMPED AND IT'S JUST FILTERING THROUGH THE LINE OR IF IT'S A NEW DUMP, UM, THE LAYER THAT WE TOOK PULLED OFF, THERE WAS NOT A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT THAT I WOULD SAY IF, IF THEY DID DO IT AGAIN, IT WAS A LARGE AMOUNT.

UM, IT'S, IT'S JUST ONE OF THOSE THINGS TO WHERE YOU'RE HAVING TO, WE'RE TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO TRY TO DETERMINE IS THIS A NEW DUMP OR IS THIS RESIDUAL FROM THE OLD DUMP?
