IT COMES FROM ELSEWHERE AND IT COMES TO CLU.
WHAT THAT DOES IS THAT CREATES, UH, JOBS AND OPPORTUNITIES HERE.
UM, WE'VE, UH, WORKED WITH THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOLKS ABOUT WHAT TYPES OF TRADES WE WOULD BE BRINGING, AND WE HAVE SEVERAL PARTNERS THAT THAT WILL BRING THAT, UH, ANY CURRENT TESTING, MEANING BRINGING SOME TECHNOLOGY, UM, TO CLUE THAT'LL BE DONE ON THAT SITE.
SO WE ARE NOT ONLY CONTINUING OPERATIONS THERE, BUT WE'RE EXPANDING OPERATIONS THERE.
SO IN OUR PLANS, ULTIMATELY THERE'S ANOTHER A HUNDRED THOUSAND SQUARE FEET OF IMPROVEMENTS THAT, WE'LL, THEY'LL PROBABLY BE DOING TO THE PROPERTY.
WE'VE, UH, ALREADY SHOWN OUR, OUR LENDERS THAT WE'RE CAPABLE OF MAKING IT PROFITABLE AND MAKING IT A, A VIABLE ENTERPRISE.

AND I ACTUALLY HAVE MY CHEMIST HERE TONIGHT THAT'LL BE RUNNING THE SITE, UH, FROM A COMPLIANCE STANDPOINT.
SO, UM, I, I LIKE TO TEASE ABOUT IT, BUT WE BROUGHT SOME GUYS WITH MAD SKILLS AND, UH, YOU KNOW, OUR, OUR GOAL IS TO GROW THE ENTERPRISE, WHICH WOULD, BASED ON OUR PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED AS WELL, WE'RE LOOKING AT ANOTHER 40,000, UH, SQUARE FEET OR SO OF, UH, FABRICATION EXPANSION AS WELL AS THE CLEANING FACILITY, WHICH WE ALREADY HAVE.
CUSTOMERS, DOW AND BASF ARE CALLING, WELL, WHEN ARE YOU GONNA BE OPEN? WHEN ARE YOU GONNA BE OPEN? WE WANNA SEND THINGS OVER THERE RATHER THAN THEM GOING FAR AWAY, UH, YOU KNOW, OUTSIDE THE COUNTY, OF COURSE.
BUT, UM, WE, WE THINK IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.
OBVIOUSLY, WE'VE, I'VE INVESTED MONEY HERE, UM, BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN IT.
THIS IS ABOUT BRINGING SKILLS AND BRINGING, UH, OPPORTUNITY, UH, FOR, FOR A LOT OF FOLKS.
SO, UM, UM, CERTAINLY OPEN TO, UH, UH, ANYBODY'S THOUGHTS AND CONCERNS ABOUT IT.

AND AS FAR AS IN THE, UH, EXPANSION AND EVERYTHING OF YOUR FACILITY AND EVERYTHING, AND AS FAR AS ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION AND EVERYTHING, ARE Y'ALL GONNA BE, UH, INTRODUCING BIGGER, UH, VESSELS AND, UH, ASPECTS OF THAT? UM, AND SO, UH, AUTOMATION IS HELPFUL, BUT IT ALSO CREATES OPPORTUNITY AND FOR, FOR A LOT OF OTHER FOLKS.
AND SO I'LL BE BRINGING, UH, MY OPERATIONS FROM OUR CLEANING DIVISION HERE TO CLOAK.

WHAT IS GONNA BE YOUR OUTFALL ASPECT OF CATCHING ANYTHING? UH, 'CAUSE I, I HAVE A, UH, A BIOCHEMIST, UH, THAT SPECIALIZES IN, IN PERMITTING AND, AND COMPLIANCE.

SO WE, WE HAVE A TREMENDOUS BUSINESS IN DOING SITE WORK, MEANING, UH, FIELD SERVICES AS WELL AS ONSITE CLEANING SERVICES.
SO IN A LOT OF PLACES WE HAVE PEOPLE AT THE PLANT EVERY DAY THAT WORK IN THE PLANT AND THEY'LL SAY, HEY, SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THIS ONE.
AND THEN WE ASSESS IT AND THEN IT GOES OUT.
AND WITH THAT, NOW, HUN, YOU'RE GONNA BE KEEPING MORE TYPE OF CLEANING FLUID, UH, CHEMICALS AND STUFF ON THE SITE AND EVERYTHING.
WE HAVE CONTAINMENT AND CONTROL AND STUFF ONTO THERE AS FAR AS ONTO THEIR, YES, SIR.
MINUTE OVER THERE, JUST, JUST ON THIS PROJECT, UH, $6 MILLION OR SO, JUST IN THIS PHASE OF IT.

SO IT BECAME NOT ECONOMICALLY FEASIBLE FOR THEM.
